Virgin Australia, formerly known as Virgin Blue Airlines is the second-largest airline of Australia, which was founded in 2000 and started operating from August 2000. The airline operates scheduled services to 50 destinations from its hubs at Auckland Airport, Brisbane Airport, Melbourne Airport and Sydney Airport. It frequently flies to Adelaide Airport, Gold Coast Airport and Perth Airport with a fleet size of 110 aircrafts. Virgin Australia has codeshare agreements with several airlines, including Air Berlin, Air Mauritius, Air New Zealand, Airlines PNG, Delta Air Lines, Singapore Airlines, Virgin America, Virgin Atlantic, South African Airlines, etc. It is a member of the Etihad Airways Partners and is owned by the Virgin Australia Holdings.
